Return and Cancellation policy
We accept returns in case of damaged products. Otherwise we do not accept any return or refunds.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval and will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank/payment gateway.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Blossomsboutiquestore@gmail.com and whatsapp to 7012888857 with the package opening video.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail the detail to Blossomsboutiquestore@gmail.com and whatsapp to 7012888857 and get the approval for return.
Free replacement will be provided within 10 days if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item. Otherwise there will not be return or replacement.
Convenience Fee Policy
A convenience fee of ₹100 is applied to every order at the time of purchase. This fee covers payment gateway charges, packaging, and order processing.
Please note that the ₹100 convenience fee is non-refundable. In case of returns, exchanges, or order cancellations, the convenience fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
